Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The use of the website implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as those that may be dictated or modified in the future, unilaterally, by TENTROYA. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, you must refrain from using the website and/or the services offered.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you declare that you are at least the legal age in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country/region where the products are intended. We will not be responsible for any breach of these laws on your part.

PAYMENT SECURITY

At TENTROYA, every purchase is made with the highest security thanks to the use of Trustwave and Geotrust-certified secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the padlock symbol in the browser’s address bar. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be required to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and, for greater protection, may contact you to request additional details before confirming the order.

CARE

To preserve the appearance and quality of our products, we recommend treating them delicately, avoiding contact with any type of liquid or chemical, exposure to humidity or extreme heat, or surfaces that may stain or damage them.

Please note that leather may fade with friction.

For proper maintenance, we recommend applying a leather protector and/or cleaning with a professional and/or using appropriate specialized products.

Avoid spray contact with alcohol, scratches, or chemical products, as these can damage our products.

QUALITY

We design and manufacture our products with national labor and raw materials in our own workshop, using selected premium leathers.

If you detect any defect, you must contact us via email at info@tentroya.com, indicating your order number, a description of the defect, and attaching photos of your product and packaging elements so that our team can analyze the request.

The maximum period to file a quality claim is 10 calendar days from the date of receiving your purchase. To be accepted, all products must be in the same condition as received, including their packaging, must not have been used or damaged, and must include all accessories.

If your claim is approved, we will coordinate with you to return your order via mail. The product must be packaged as originally received, along with the new shipping label.

You may choose to request a product exchange or a refund.

PRODUCT

We produce limited edition products, so immediate restocking may not be feasible. If a product is not listed on our e-shop or appears as out of stock, it means that it is no longer available.

The color calibration of each monitor and/or screen is different, and we cannot guarantee that you will view the colors with complete accuracy.

Printed leathers may not be identical to the reference photo, as they are handcrafted, and there may be an overlapping of prints.

PRICES

Since we do not work with collections and/or seasons, and we opt for industrialization and national raw materials, price adjustments are made when necessary.

Benefits and promotions do not overlap. Products purchased during certain special events cannot be exchanged. (See "Exchanges" tab)

TENTROYA does not have a physical store.
